Our foundation was inspired by the many "born again" students our founder,  Dr. Sydney Sukuta Ph.D., taught and managed to rebrand as employable laser electro-optics  techs in Silicon Valley and beyond. Now individuals  with,  and without,  college/university technical or non-technical credentials alike can get a second chance through this foundation to be productive and contributing members of their communities through once inaccessible laser careers.
